FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All items are handmade by me, this means that no two pieces will be the same and are what I like to call, "perfectly imperfect." Size and color can vary from piece to piece.

CARE + USE

Hand washing your pieces is recommended. Any pieces with glass bottoms or gold detailing cannot go in the microwave, any piece with glass is not considered food safe.

 

Although I sand the bottoms of my pieces, the clay I use may scratch surfaces. Please use caution. 

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Currently only shipping to the contiguous US. Please contact me if you would like to place an order outside of the listed available shipping destinations. 

If you need expedited shipping, please contact me so we can calculate the shipping costs. Shipping times are at the mercy of the postal service and cannot be guaranteed by me. 

My goal is that everyone will ADORE their pieces, but I know that won't always be the case. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss your options.

 

I do not offer exchanges, as pieces are not mass produced and are one of a kind. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

*** Package theft: If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the postal delivery service, it is very unlikely that they will fulfill any claim that is filed for missing goods.  I can't be held responsible for stolen packages.
